The Truth of happiness
In this project we researched the truth of happiness to us, and made a short film about it. For our final product, we decided to pursue the idea of passion. We found that many people see their passion as a piece of them, or one of the largest pieces of their life, despite the fact that no one ever has time to pursue their hobbies and passions. overall, I very much enjoyed this project and was very interested in the content and the way we presented it in the end.
Socialization and identity project
This project is all about how everyone in this world is socialized to be a certain way by the environment that they are raised in. It allowed us to learn about our own identity and finally realize the subconscious discriminations that even we do every day. In this semester long project, we created masks that represent our personal socialization in an artistic way. These masks were symbolic of the way that people hide behind their own masks in public, and how those masks reflect the world that they live in. we also wrote essays over the course of this project, that were about the same thing, and you can read mine below.
